Lisa Parisien, LIMHP, LADC, CMT, CHt 

Lisa Parisien has been a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor since 2002. Working in both residential and outpatient treatment settings, she has treated a countless number of adolescents, adults and families. She became a Certified Hypnotherapist in April 2015 and a Certified Master Trainer of hypnosis in May 2019.  She is certified in Past Life Regression as well. Her history and experience have beautifully melded to create a unique approach that traditional therapy hasn’t offered. Her integrated sessions take therapy to a new level and bring relief when others have not been successful. She is the owner of The Ascension Center, A + Academy of Hypnosis and Intuitive Therapies.  Lisa is dedicated to assisting others with self-improvement through Cognitive Therapy and Hypnotherapy as well as teaching and training others in becoming certified hypnotherapists. 

The Academy was established in 1987 by Dr. Latiner and his wife Jeanette. Diane Rohlfs (pictured above) purchased the academy in 2011. In January 2019 it was purchased by Lisa Parisien. The academy is accredited through the  Education Department of Nebraska and is the oldest accredited hypnosis academy in the Midwest.  We offer free chapter meetings each month. These chapter meetings are open to the public for those interested in hypnosis and it is where certified hypnotherapist can obtain free continuing education.
